Healthy soil is the foundation of a healthy farm. We want to inspire farms to add less extractable nutrients and instead utilize the nutrients that can be made bio-available by fostering healthy rich soil. Nature was thriving before we came along and now after farmers have sought out the rich soils we are seeing incredible decrease in available nutrients. How did nature do so well making those soils so rich when a human farming in those soils has completely reversed that? Its time to return to the brilliance of nature. With the help of scientists, people, hobbyists and nature we are reminding farmers that working with nature is the way to be truly successful. Think that is impossible? think again and read more on our site. There are people doing it and being successful at it. Not only that but we have only touched the surface of what is possible.
For more info on soil check out our Learn Page and our Soil & Plant Health page.
The best growing practices are the ones that follow the example of nature. Less adding/spraying and more trusting nature to do what it knows best. Eco-systems are incredibly important to keep bugs from killing your plants. With an eco-system in place you get both good bugs and food for the good bugs (aka the plant destructive bugs) Nature has a way of maintaining balance. If you are seeing extremes of one problem then there is something imbalanced. We are teaming with professionals to help farmers see exactly what is imbalanced and resolve the problem. Are you thinking of a problem that could arise when “trusting nature”? Believe us there is a solution to everything and if we don’t currently have the solution to a problem we will find it. Success in a natural process means everything to us because we want to see regenerative and sustainable practices succeed with flying colors like nature made them to do. We want to see a sustainable future where we don’t overlook the farmers instead we embrace them!

Businesses greatly impact our world. And so, we want to see more businesses that care about people so much that they can’t help but make decisions for a more sustainable earth.

Mutually Beneficial Exchange (MBE). This is a practice inspired by nature. People and businesses can use this practice to develop deeper relationships that maximizes collective and individual gain.
To learn more about MBE visit our Exchange Page.
Businesses should pay attention to how their product or service affects the earth and work toward a sustainable, if not fully regenerative, process with it.
Businesses should also listen to and care about their employees. Its not all about the work. Employees have lives and desires. Employees are much more efficient when they want to be there and they feel heard and cared for.
Businesses should have Mutually Beneficial Exchanges with the earth, consumers/clients and their employees. MBE comes back to benefit not only the business but the surrounding community.

We love simple. We will start with simple to showcase the produce of the farms. We never add sugar or wheat to our products and we try to avoid using the major allergens in the products we make. (The kitchens we cook in are not allergy free though so there may be trace amounts of the allergens.)
We source from local farms first that use organic practices. They may not be certified organic because we look beyond organic. We would rather find farms that care about their soil, foster strong ecosystems and use sustainable processes. We want to see a Natural Process where life thrives naturally. No harmful chemical sprays ever! When we look at these details the farm cannot lie, they cannot hide, they cannot pretend. The soil and ecosystems speak the truth certified or not.
(want to learn how to read ecosystems and soil? let us know, we will put a class together when we have enough students)
