We believe that knowledge can catapult your goals forwards. Learning is an act of appreciating a subject so much that you can’t help but dig in.

Our dream is to see sustainable and regenerative practices become the norm. And so, we are passionate about bringing you the information that can catapult your sustainable and regenerative goals. You are not alone. No matter your budget, your story, your ties to convenience, we believe that there are ways for you to incorporate sustainability and participate in regeneration.

If there are problems in your way we are here to help you solve those problems. Little by little we are all learning that regenerative and sustainable practices pay you back in the long run because the entire definition of that mentality is a cycle of receiving for all (including you). Every single person should know how they can make a difference in their farm, their homestead, their backyard, their small apartment and even within the human body.

Regenerative Gardening/Farming

Explore how to utilize sustainable growing practices

Regenerative farming takes organic to the next level. It is more than just minimal chemical spraying, it is NO chemical spraying and not only that but there is an exchange of nutrients. That means that the plants have a higher nutrient value.

No matter how big or small your growing goals are, regenerative growing practices can be implemented. As a gardener you should be able to plant your garden and let it grow. Disease and pests should be a foreign concept. Nature is incredibly smart. Pest and disease is completely under control in nature. The farmers and gardeners that utilize nature's tools actually will see a larger yield, higher water absorption (less watering you need to do) and the biology in the soil will be creating and making available nutrients for the plants. So if nature does most the work then what do you do? Well you get to give yourself some self-care, you get to love the garden and you get to reap the yield.

Utilizing great practices can be hard for some. We hope to help you personalize your practices to your specific life. If you are limited to a small apartment there could still be ways to include practices you love.

Large scale farming has large yield. The loss of income or product could be much more detrimental than smaller farms. This means that the risk of transition is higher for a larger farm. For most farmers the transition can present too much possible risk. Regenerative farming makes up for the risk because once you have a regenerative farm then risk is minimized incredibly. How? By turning the farm over to the brilliance of nature. Nature survives without you, your farm can survive without you.

Soil health is a key component to the health of your plants.

Health of soil can mean the difference between diseased plants and healthy ones. Here are a few benefits to growing healthy soil:

  • Bacteria- An incredible at making nutrients accessible to the plant and also help the plant fortify itself and fight off both pests and disease.
  • Fungi- An interconnected system that exchanges information, defenses and nutrients.
  • Ecosystems- Your all natural bug and overall farm/garden health management. Ecosystems can keep your plants healthy by balancing the bugs effects that come around your plants.

Plants Need Healthy Soil and Healthy Ecosystems

Plants without an ecosystem is an unhealthy plant which cannot produce nutrient dense food which effects us all.

Health Of You

Explore how healthy, sustainable practices can effect your personal health

A plant is a part of a circle of life.

When plants are unhealthy, lacking nutrients, struggling to fortify against bugs and disease how can we think the person who eats this food would be any different.  Food effects us. Poison effects us. Lack of sustainability effects us. Lack of nutrients effect us. So what if we didnt have to live eating poison or lacking nutrients? What if we could live sustainably? We need to start asking the question, "How expensive is your cheap?"

Personal Regenerative Gardening or farming practices has been proven to increase the nutrient value.

When you have higher nutrient value, you get the nutrients your body needs. Instead of struggling to find the problems, you are minimizing problems by giving your body the minerals and vitamins it needs to have a balanced and regenerative existence.

Humans were meant to be a part of a cycle. They were meant to have the same interaction with food as the forest does with its ecosystem. We have lost that exchange. More food is being mixed with chemicals, sprayed and technically poisoned. This is effecting the ability for plants to uptake nutrients mental health, body health and value health of people. Many people want to make good choices but are put in difficult situations where its hard to make better choices or they are being deceived into thinking their choices are good when in truth they are not. That is not fair to the people who are trying to choose good things. We want to help people know what is at the base of their choice and open more doors to the ability to accurately choose what they are aiming to choose. No more deceiving.

Personal Sustainability

Explore how to utilize sustainable practices in your daily life

Zero Waste

Zero Waste is only hard because of how we have been trained to interact with the world. Instead of taking time to waste less we waste more out of convenience. This is not an exchange or a thank you the earth. The more we all buy plastic the harder it is to avoid plastic.

Zero Waste is switching to a relationship with earth and the world around us. Depletion is caused by us. Zero Waste is about taking responsibility for self. Yes you don't have to and it might feel easier to do nothing but in doing nothing you are supporting and growing the things you don't like. Focus on supporting what you love and believe in. Every dollar you spend and every action you make is a vote for what you want in your future.

Personal Regenerative Gardening or farming practices

Regenerative Gardening/ Farming is about building a relationship with your farm/garden. Make an environment that the biology wants to come and help you out. Its much harder and less nutrient dense to kill off your helpers with chemicals. Bring in bugs! Regenerative is a sustainable interaction with earth. The ecosystem will find its balance. It takes time if it has been destroyed but you can grow regeneratively even if you don't have a green thumb because you have a team with a green thumb in your ecosystem. We are here to help people learn and find the support they need to be more regenerative.

Did you know that preserving your harvest is a skill we all should have but don't? We depend highly on the brands who package products to preserve everything for us. What happens if they are not there? This pandemic has showed us holes in our supply lines, and vulnerabilities in our lifestyles. What happens if for what ever reason food cannot get to our grocery stores? We need food independence. Did you know there are groups of people working to make that happen and all you need to do is connect to them? Did you know you don't need to have a farm or even a group to have food independence?although connection to farms and groups are helpful. All you need is a regenerative garden and some preserving skills. Don't you want that?
